I love trying out new projects, especially if they push me as a photographer.  For the past several years, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a local band. The biggest challenge I have faced in this new adventure, is the lighting.  It’s one thing to set a stage for a picture, but taking a picture of performers onstage is a whole new world in lighting.  The colors are quickly flashing and changing, the players are moving and dancers must be dodged.  It’s been a lot of fun learning new techniques and capturing a moment regardless of the flashing lights.
